The Cobble Hill neighborhood lies near Brooklyn’s northwestern coast, between Brooklyn Heights to the north and Carrol Gardens to the south. At its western border is the 278 Freeway. Only 40 blocks make up this cozy
neighborhood, comprised of what the New York Encyclopedia calls “one of the city’s finest collections of nineteenth-century houses.”
